Reservation Policies and Enforcement
Please remember that our pedal pub driver is in charge at all times so please listen to him or her. The driver only wants to keep everyone safe!
Besides having fun, our main concern is everyone’s safety so we kindly ask that you and your group follow all of our safety rules and guidelines to ensure a happy and fun trip on our amazing bike bar in Dallas, Texas
If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation email, please give us a call to verify your email address is correct.
We ask all riders to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their reservation to have ample time to review our safety rules, sign waivers, and get ready to roll!
For cancellations and refunds, you may cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your ride day to receive a full refund.
We have a very strict alcohol policy to ensure safety and to stay within the legal parameters of Dallas Texas.
☆Violations on any one or more of these rules, will result in an immediate termination of the tour☆
- All alcoholic beverages MUST stay on the party bike at all time. No one is allowed off the pedal pub with a drink in their hand.
- All containers must remain closed until on the bike bar.
- No glass allowed!
- No hard liquor
All riders must be at least 21 years old to ride with us, no exceptions.
All riders must have a valid photo I.D and sign our waiver before the start of the ride.
Weather can be very unpredictable here in Dallas, Texas but because we have a cover above our heads, we ride rain or shine! If there is lightning, a tornado or any other severe weather, we will notify you right before your scheduled ride and offer a full refund or reschedule your tour.
Termination of rides and/or riders due to breaking the rules or inappropriate behavior will be subject to a $175 penalty fee without refund.
Examples of illegal behaviors which could cause your ride to be terminated are:
- Breaking any Texas or federal laws.
- Removing open containers from the bike bar.
- Standing up while bike bar is in motion.
- Bringing glass and/or hard alcoholic beverages.
- Jumping off the pedal pub while in motion
- Yelling obscenities at pedestrians, law enforcement personnel or any person not on our Dallas pedal pub.
Zero Tolerance Policy for our Drivers
At Lone Star Pedal Bar we maintain a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol for our employees and breathalyze all our drivers before each and every ride to ensure you and your group are always safe. If for any reason, you have a concern or had a negative experience of any kind, please let us know right away so we can make it right!
Lone Star Pedal Bar is wheelchair accessible with a 24 hour advanced notification by email.
